Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how the Sweely website, public venue pages, owner landing page, reservation features, and related app links process personal data. Sweely is operated by Nadejdin David.

Data We Process

Depending on how you use Sweely, we may process:

  • technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps, and security logs;
  • language, consent, viewed-highlight, and session choices stored in cookies or browser storage;
  • guest session identifiers and handshake tokens used to connect the web session with the Sweely app;
  • approximate location data derived from IP or branch search context, when used to show nearby places or distances;
  • reservation details such as selected place, branch, date, time, guest count, phone number, email address, and optional comment;
  • technical chat data, messages, and contact details processed through Tidio on the owner landing page;
  • analytics events, only if you consent to analytics cookies and tracking.

Why We Process Data

  • to load the website, public venue pages, menus, images, categories, working hours, and branch details;
  • to create, display, refresh, and cancel reservation requests;
  • to pass reservation contact details to the relevant place team so they can handle the request;
  • to remember language, place-locale, consent, session, and viewed-item choices;
  • to provide owner support and sales conversations through chat on the owner landing page;
  • to measure landing-page usage and improve the website if you consent to analytics;
  • to protect Sweely, prevent abuse, debug failures, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal Bases

We rely on different legal bases depending on the processing activity:

  • contract or pre-contract steps for reservations, app handoff, and services you request;
  • legitimate interests for website security, abuse prevention, necessary diagnostics, basic session continuity, and service operation;
  • consent for Google Analytics and other non-essential tracking;
  • legitimate interests or pre-contract steps for owner support and sales conversations through Tidio chat;
  • legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

Cookies And Browser Storage

Sweely uses essential cookies and browser storage for language, session, reservation, viewed-highlight, and consent choices. These are needed to provide the service or remember choices you make.

Google Analytics is optional and blocked until you accept it in the consent manager. Tidio chat loads on the owner enrollment page so visitors can contact Sweely.

Third Parties And Recipients

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above. Current recipients and service providers may include:

  • the relevant place or restaurant team when you submit a reservation request;
  • hosting, backend, database, storage, and delivery providers used to run Sweely;
  • Google services, including Google Analytics when you consent and Google Maps when a map is displayed or opened;
  • Tidio, when the owner enrollment page loads or you use the contact chat;
  • Apple App Store and Google Play when you follow app store links;
  • authorities, courts, professional advisers, or security responders where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer safeguards offered by those providers.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

  • consent choices, language choices, and guest session identifiers may remain in your browser until they expire, are replaced, or you clear them;
  • reservation records are kept as long as needed to handle the booking, support the place team, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties;
  • chat messages are kept as long as needed to answer the request and manage the owner relationship;
  • analytics data follows the retention settings in Google Analytics and is processed only after consent;
  • security and diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period needed for protection, troubleshooting, and audit.

Your Rights

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

You can send requests to workspacesoft@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Sweely is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal data through Sweely without appropriate permission, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, including access controls, transport security, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risks appropriate to the nature of the data we process.
